What Is the Acura Environmental Leadership Program?
The Acura Environmental Leadership Program was created to help dealerships across the country reduce their carbon footprint and implement environmentally responsible business practices. Participating Acura dealerships voluntarily work toward measurable sustainability goals that improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
The program features three levels of achievement:
- Silver Award: Minimum 10 percent reduction in total energy use and at least 30 environmental program points
- Gold Award: Minimum 30 percent reduction in total energy use and at least 45 program points
- Platinum Award: Minimum 50 percent reduction in total energy use and at least 60 program points
